We rewarded ourselves with a hike from oven to the top of Brandon point. I’m in love with this rugged green coast, stunning vistas, amazing people, and the local musi, just wow! Loving Life!

We made it to Dingle! Our required Camino miles in Ireland are complete! We have hiked 64 km ; approx 40 miles so far and both doing great. We now will have about 3/4 days to just hike all around the Peninsula before we head to Spain. We found a place called the Fishbox for dinner -incredible seafood chowder and Irish brown bread. Dingle is a beautiful little town with colorful shops, great pubs, music, stunning marina, and wonderful people!

23 km inland across the Dingle Peninsula. Sunshine all the way! Easier than first day for us. Staying at B&B in Camp!

We chose to treat ourselves to the Grand Hotel for a great nights sleep before our Camino begins. Woke up to good coffee and scrumptious scones. Just a few blocks down at St. John’s church we got out Camino passport, our first stamp and we were on our way! We could not have asked for a more glorious first day out. Temperature in the 50’s and sunshine!!!
